Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, our team gets to work. We need 1-2 business days to process your order, verify everything is legit, and get it packed up and ready for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer two ways to get your gear, depending on how quickly you need it and where you’re located:

  • Standard Shipping: We ship with DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after we ship it out. Shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we hook you up with free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipment.

Note: We ship globally! But please note we cannot deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% happy with your fresh kicks. While we strive for perfection, we know that sometimes you might need to return or exchange an item. Don’t stress—we’ve got you covered with our straightforward returns policy.

Return & Exchange Window

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To keep it real with our community, some items can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Balenciaga Slides (for hygiene reasons)
  • Balenciaga Sock Sneakers (due to their intimate fit design)
  • Accessories (if opened or used)
  • Belts (if the buckle shows any signs of wear)
  • Any item without its original tags or showing any signs of wear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to get your return or exchange sorted:

  1. Contact Us First: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template at the bottom of this page to make sure you include all the necessary info.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship It Back: Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package and ship it to our address (below). We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Important: Returns without prior authorization or sent to the wrong address may not be processed. We’re not responsible for return shipments until we receive them at our facility.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem! Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days. You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs for the exchanged item unless the error was on our end.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective product? That’s on us. Hit us up immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll expedite a replacement or refund—no need to wait for us to receive the return first.
